Jack Ramirez (Casa Bonita Builders) is the opposite of every contractor horror story you may have heard. To quote him: ‘When I take a job, I treat the home like it is my home.’ He means it. We met Jack shortly after we closed escrow on our home. We needed an extensive remodel done on time. Our lease would run out in two months and the home had to be remodeled for move in by then. Jack met every deadline to keep things on track. Guys worked on weekends and the Fourth of July to make it happen. He finished the job on time and with results that exceeded our expectations. Jack is exceptionally professional. He is very accessible. He doesn’t just return your calls promptly, he answers when his phone rings. He takes the time to point out important information along the way so you can make informed decisions, and his advice holds up. We were very pleased!
